Setup Fee

This covers the whole build, and semi-custom ordering link (either order.foodappfast.com/your-restaurant OR if you already have a domain name order.your-domain-name.com). Your new ordering site will launch upon completion and the payment of the setup fee, after you’ve reviewed for accuracy!

Domain Purchase Fee

This fee is optional. If you want a fully custom domain name and do not have a web presence yet, we can purchase one for you and then transfer the domain name to you upon payment. This is a yearly fee that will be ongoing for as long as your online ordering is live and operational. If you do not want us to transfer the domain name purchase to you, we will bill yearly for the domain renewal until you tell us otherwise. We hope for many, many years of renewals for your restaurant’s online ordering!

Monthly Commission Fee

There are NO set monthly fees. We only make money if you do. Many customers choose to transfer the commission fee over to the customer in the way of a convenience fee or online ordering fee. It becomes a line item on their checkout that sits just under the tax rate, and is then included in the total price the customer pays. You collect that 8% and hold it until we bill you monthly for our service! Of course, you can also choose not to pass on all or part of that cost, and absorb it as a cost of doing business. That is completely up to you. Our customers have seen ZERO pushback with the online order fee being added to the customers ticket.

Optional Apple Developer Fee

If you’d like to turn your online ordering into an app and have it hosted in the App store for download (and WHO WOULDN’T?!) this fee is paid directly to Apple and we will set up an Apple Developer Account for you and submit the app on your behalf.

Optional Google Developer Fee

Yes, Google has their own fee. This covers hosting the app in their Android app store. See above but we will help you create a Google Developer Account and then submit the app on your behalf.

Optional 1/2 Day Photo Session

Photos sell food. If you want, we can schedule a 1/2 day photo session at a promotional rate with Lauren Denos of Adventure Bound Media. She’s the Northwest’s Premier Food Photographer and we’re excited to partner with her to offer her services to our clients.

Menu Changes For Life

We give full training on how to make changes to your new ordering system, but we are available and would love to make those changes for you. You’ll have direct access to a real person who is intimately familiar with your ordering system and how to maintain it. We keep things small around here and prefer a more custom approach to helping you succeed!
